Registering for Zoom and In-Person Courses
The green "Sign In/Register" button (top right) takes you to the registration system where you can enter your username and password. If you choose to register by mail, please return the application/registration form along with your check made payable to OLLI at GSC, 25 Hall Street, Concord, NH 03301. Note: Please use a separate registration form and a separate check for each student to avoid processing errors.
Some courses fill up quickly. Those who register online and early will have the best chance of securing their first choices. Registration is ongoing and will remain open until a course has reached its maximum class size. Registrations for Zoom courses are encouraged at least three days prior to the scheduled start date to ensure you receive the course link, appropriate handouts and content in advance. You may register for an in-person course up to the start date. Registrations will only be accepted with payment.
Staff are available Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm to assist with phone and mail registrations. Please note that walk-in registrations will not take place due to campus closures.
Payments and Credit Card Security
Credit and debit card payments for OLLI programs and fees are accepted with each individual’s online registration. Registering online continues to be the best option for attaining a spot in the in-person or Zoom course of your choice. OLLI is able to accept credit/debit cards by phone if you are unable to complete the online registration process. It is important to note that this is NOT the best option for securing a spot in the course of your choice since your registration relies on the capacity of staff for processing.
Checks and credit/debit cards are handled exclusively by OLLI staff or specifically screened and supervised OLLI volunteers who have been trained in Granite State College’s procedures for check and credit card safety and security.
*For your protection, credit/debit card information should never be left on voice mail, included in an email, or faxed. The OLLI Office does not retain credit card information.
Refunds and Withdrawals
If you'd like to withdraw from a course, please email or call the office at olli.office@granite.edu or 603-513-1377. Unless specifically stated in the description, requests for withdrawals from courses or events must be made seven days prior to the start date to qualify for a refund. After that time, fees are no longer refundable.
- Courses that are cancelled by OLLI qualify for refunds/donations.
- Neither absences nor presenter cancellations of a single session in a multi-session class qualifies for a refund. (note, presenters who cancel class sessions are encouraged to offer make-up sessions)
- Special exceptions to this policy will be indicated in the class/event/trip description, if applicable.
If you registered with a check a check will be mailed to your home. The check will be issued by the University Systems of New Hampshire.
If you registered online with a credit card your refund will be applied directly to your credit card through a secure online payment system.
If you registered by phone you will be called and asked for your credit card information as OLLI does not save credit card details.
Scholarship Requests
Donations from members and community partners contribute to financial support for members in need, to defray the cost of course fees. Scholarship may not be used for membership fees. Please contact Toniann DeSousa, Program Director, at 603-513-1368 or Toniann.DeSousa@granite.edu to request a scholarship – it’s an easy process with no paperwork.
